Information we collect

Senore may collect account details such as email address, username, first name, last name, authentication/session data, and notification preferences when you create or use an account.

The app may collect content that you choose to upload or create, including audio, video, artwork, lyrics, sheet/music metadata, playlists, profile information, comments, and related media files.

Senore may collect app usage data such as listening history, likes, follows, queues, downloads/offline cache activity, playback preferences, and basic device or diagnostic data such as app version, logs, IP address, browser or device information, and crash/performance reports when diagnostics are enabled.

How we use information

We use information to provide login, streaming, uploads, playlists, recommendations, offline playback, notifications, app security, account support, service reliability, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Senore does not currently sell personal data or use third-party advertising SDKs for targeted advertising in the native app.

Sharing and service providers

We may share data with service providers that help operate Senore, such as hosting, database, cloud storage, content delivery, push notification, authentication, diagnostics, and support services. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to Senore.

Content you make public, such as public profiles, public uploads, public playlists, comments, follows, or activity that you choose to share, may be visible to other users.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to investigate abuse, security incidents, fraud, or policy violations.

Your choices

You can manage profile visibility, notification preferences, uploaded content, playlists, offline downloads, and app cache from inside the app where those controls are available.

Security and retention

Senore uses HTTPS and access controls to help protect data in transit and in service systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and operate backups. Some cached or backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion.

Children

Senore is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
